Great Service Means Happy Customers

Went in yesterday for an oil change. Called in the morning and was able to book for the same day. Don't remember the gentleman's name at the service desk, but he was very polite and informative. Although I was there for longer than I would have preferred, I also understood it was busy. I asked for a quote on a taillight and was given one. He didn't push it on me. The part was too much to pay with or without being installed so I was ok with what was currently on my car. Was giving a free microcloth to wash my car with. Ran into my sales rep Jiri, who is always pleasant to talk with. I have had no issues here.

I purchased my car in January 2016 from Bramgate VW. This is my first VW and I love it! I've been in for service 3 times since I purchased the car. I've always dealt with Kyle at the counter. Great guy and always greets people with a smile and very helpful. Overall I give the dealership a 5/5 and I will be returning when I need my next service. 
Coming from dealing with Hyundai and Honda, Bramgate is a breath of fresh air.
