We had our vehicle stolen a few weeks ago. Not the ideal time to buy a vehicle under the knife but we quickly figured out we wanted an Atlas and reached out to Ian at the queen street location. He understood the assignment. He quickly located the exact vehicle we were after at their partner dealership that they had as a demo. Reached out to Shawn to set it up and flipped the car for us in a few days.
This morning they flawlessly delivered a used vehicle that doesn't even look like it hit the road. The team understood that we needed to be in/out quick as my wife had an appointment to be at in Barrie so they quickly transitioned us through the process and had her on the road.

From the moment we walked in, it just felt like a different experience. No typical sales tactics, offering fair value right off the start for the trade in, and just all around accommodating and understanding. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my relatively short time of driving and this was the easiest, most fair and refreshing experience I’ve had. It was quick and efficient. I’ve had negotiations drag on for 3 days because dealers play the short game and want to make a “home run” on every sale. This though, was complete in 5-10 minutes. They got us right where we were comfortable and what we felt was fair numbers right away. Even when the sale was complete we had every staff member who walked by congratulating. I cannot recommend this place enough and can say with 100 percent confidence that we will be going back when we would like to upgrade. Shoutouts to the wonderful sales lady, Samantha Amaral D’Souza, the finance manager Ricky Kurl, and the delivery specialist Rhea Suico. Please never change how you guys operate. It was truly a breath of fresh air.
