I bought my Volkswagen Jetta in 2016 and from day one I have only serviced my car at Bramgate Volkswagen. Even though I live near Collingwood, I gladly make the drive because the service there is outstanding—especially thanks to Adi in the service department. Adi is absolutely amazing. She is attentive, responsive, and genuinely cares about her customers. Whenever I have an issue with my car, she always tells me to bring it in and makes sure it gets taken care of right away. Having someone like her looking after my vehicle makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. I could easily go somewhere closer, but I choose Bramgate Volkswagen every time because of Adi. Her level of service is rare and truly appreciated.
