Update: Nov 2025- I just wanted add one more detail. I needed a minor issue resolved, and once again Jazz and his team went above and beyond to take care of the issue. This dealership is truly a hidden gem in our area, as I feel that as customer i was treated with respect and fairness even after the main sale event. This place is Highly recommended!
From the moment we walked in, it just felt like a different experience. No typical sales tactics, offering fair value right off the start for the trade in, and just all around accommodating and understanding. I’ve bought a lot of cars in my relatively short time of driving and this was the easiest, most fair and refreshing experience I’ve had. It was quick and efficient. I’ve had negotiations drag on for 3 days because dealers play the short game and want to make a “home run” on every sale. This though, was complete in 5-10 minutes. They got us right where we were comfortable and what we felt was fair numbers right away. Even when the sale was complete we had every staff member who walked by congratulating. I cannot recommend this place enough and can say with 100 percent confidence that we will be going back when we would like to upgrade. Shoutouts to the wonderful sales lady, Samantha Amaral D’Souza, the finance manager Ricky Kurl, and the delivery specialist Rhea Suico. Please never change how you guys operate. It was truly a breath of fresh air.
Volkswagen not known for just great German engineered vehicles but also top rated service as well. I had the pleasure of having all of my car repair service handled by Christina. She was very professional, explained everything to me, went above and beyond in looking after me and my car. I am sure all the staff there are just as good, but she stood out for me. Most importantly my car is in good shape and ready to tackle upcoming winter season.
