Our newly remodeled Collision Centre is a state-of-the-art facility with modern equipment and tools and was recently updated to meet Audi and VW Certification. In addition, we are direct partners with several major Insurance companies. We have an opening for a full-time Estimator/Administrator.

    Position Summary:

    The Automotive Body Shop Estimator/Administrator is the primary point of contact with customers requiring estimates for vehicle repairs. The Estimator is responsible for estimating parts and labour requirements and costs for repairs. The incumbent examines the extent of damages on vehicles and provides estimates to customers while ensuring superior customer service. Easy, Efficient, and Enjoyable experiences are provided and maintained at all times.

    Duties:

    • Provide exceptional customer service via person and telephone contact.
    • Coordinate and book customer appointments for Collision Centre estimates and repairs.
    • Facilitate towing and storage transactions.
    • Perform estimates for Collision and Paint repair for all brands of vehicles. Knowledge of Mitchell and/or Audatex Estimating is required.
    • Follow up with Insurance companies for claim related correspondence.
    • Responsible for parts ordering and sublet repair tasks.
    • Assist with workshop flow and estimated cycle time for completion of repairs.
    • Follow up with customer or Insurance partners for additional repairs.
    • Maintain accurate documentation and obtain customer signatures as required.
    • Oversee final repairs for appearance and quality of work.
    • Close out transactions and final invoicing.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Requirements:

    • Completion of a motor vehicle body repair apprenticeship program or a combination of over 3 years of work experience in the motor vehicle body repair trade.
    • 3 years of experience in automotive body shop estimating.
    • Possess a valid drivers license.
    • Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse work environment.
    • Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
    • Able to work well under pressure. Positive team attitude.
    • Strong attention to detail.
    • Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times.
    • Knowledge of computer programs, MS Office, etc.

    Position Summary:

    The Part-time Warranty Administrator is responsible for a wide range of clerical and administrative duties for the Bramgate Automotive Inc. Duties of this position include, but are not limited to answering the telephone, greeting and supporting customers, opening and preparing files for vehicles repairs in addition to cashier and warranty administration.

    Duties:

    Warranty Administration:

    • With Warranty Administrator manage the day-to-day warranty claims processes for Audi and Volkswagen
    • Verify warranty coverage on vehicles
    • Collaborate with management for efficient warranty claims process
    • File and retain warranty service records by the manufacturer
    • Complete claim forms, code failures, and list out materials as required by different manufacturers
    • Respond to requests for additional information from manufacturers in a timely manner
    • Communicate warranty repair processes to workshop coordinators, supervisors, and technicians
    • Keep warranty schedules up to date
    • Maintain records for auditing purposes
    • Oversee the proper handling of warranty parts to be returned or discarded
    • Other duties as required

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Office Administration diploma would be considered an asset
    • 2-5 years' of direct work experience as an Administrator/Receptionist in a dealership setting
    • Knowledge and experience of Accounting
    • Cashier experiences
    • Warranty Claims experiences an asset
    • Strong communication skills, verbal and written
    • Knowledge of vehicles, equipment, and/or services offered
    • Knowledge of Reynolds, Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
    • Able to maintain filing systems and basic database
    • Organizational ability and attention to detail
    • Strong customer service orientation
    • Positive team attitude
    • Travel to Mississauga as required

    The Collision Repair Technician is responsible for structural and intricate metal repairs, and will thoroughly disassemble, repair and reassemble each vehicle while playing a pivotal role to Bramgate Collision’s promise of speed, quality and customer excellence.


    Duties:

    • Inspect damage vehicles and initialize a repair plan process
    • Dismantle and repair vehicles as per industry guidelines and standards of Bramgate Collision Centre
    • Possess the ability to repair body panels with rust and dent repairs
    • Remove, repair or replace interior trim, vehicle accessories and some electrical components
    • Measure, cut and replace sectioned body panels as required
    • Assess and repair structural damage of vehicles with the use of frame equipment
    • Advice customers/insurance on work performed, general vehicle condition and future repair requirements
    • Test performed repairs for quality assurance
    • Complete written documentation and time punch stamps for repairs
    • Other duties as assigned

    Education, Skills and Experiences:
