Key Responsibilities:

As Body Shop/Collision Repair Technician, you will be responsible for structural and intricate metal repairs, and will thoroughly disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle while playing a pivotal role to Bramgate Collision’s promise of speed, quality, and customer excellence. You will:

Inspect and assess damage to vehicle.
Dismantle and repair vehicles as per insurance guidelines and standards at the collision repair facility.
Repair damage to vehicle body panels.
Repair or replace interior and exterior parts, electrical components, and vehicle accessories.
Remove and install welded and sectioned parts to a vehicle.
Assess and repair structural components of a vehicle.
Use of frame equipment.
Advice customers/insurance on work performed, general vehicle condition and future repair requirements.
Test and adjust units to specifications for proper performance.
Complete reports to record problems and work performed.
Other duties as required.

What you bring to the role

The key skills and qualities of an Audi Brand Specialist:

High School diploma, or post-secondary education.
Valid Body Shop/Collision Service Technician trade certification.
2-5 years of direct work experience in automotive repairs and service with luxury vehicles.
Extensive knowledge of different automobiles and their service needs.
Customer service skills. Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications.
Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
Valid Driver’s License and clean Driver’s Abstract.
Safety shoes.
Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
Good time management skills.
Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
High level of integrity and work ethic.
